JeetBaaz Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JeetBaaz ("JeetBaaz", "the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the JeetBaaz website at jeetbaaz.vin, the JeetBaaz mobile application and any services, products or features offered through either of those channels.

Access to or use of the JeetBaaz platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, depositing PKR, placing bets, playing Casino or Fish Games or withdrawing funds — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside JeetBaaz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JeetBaaz.

If these Terms change, continued use of the platform following notification of those changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on JeetBaaz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JeetBaaz is strictly an adults-only platform. No exceptions are made to the minimum age requirement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold another active JeetBaaz account. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account as a commercial agent, affiliate or proxy for a third party unless expressly permitted in a separate written agreement with JeetBaaz.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

When registering a JeetBaaz account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth and any payment details requested during verification. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted a single JeetBaaz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or via different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, JeetBaaz reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any associated balances without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JeetBaaz login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. JeetBaaz will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.

3.4 Accurate Personal Information

If any of the personal details associated with your account change — including your payment accounts, phone number or other contact information — you must update your account accordingly. JeetBaaz may request verification of your identity at any stage. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account access being suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 PKR Currency

All transactions on JeetBaaz — deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by JeetBaaz. The PKR amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance, and the PKR amount you request to withdraw is the amount processed to your payment account, subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

4.2 Supported Payment Methods

JeetBaaz supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

4.3 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. JeetBaaz does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not registered in your name, JeetBaaz may reverse the transaction and request clarification before crediting your balance.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified account in your name. Withdrawals will only be processed after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. JeetBaaz reserves the right to request identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. Providing false information during a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined and the account reviewed.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on JeetBaaz are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where JeetBaaz explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a particular market. It is your responsibility to review the stake amount, selection and odds before confirming any bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

JeetBaaz Sports Betting covers Cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as Football and Esports. Odds are displayed in PKR and reflect the potential return on your stake. In-play betting is available during live matches where offered. JeetBaaz reserves the right to suspend any market, adjust odds or void bets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of a market.

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play is completed, JeetBaaz's void and settlement rules for that sport will apply. These rules are published within the Sports Betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.3 Casino and Live Casino

All Casino and Live Casino games on JeetBaaz are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) rate, which are set and maintained by the supplier. JeetBaaz does not modify RTP rates after game distribution. Results in Casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems and — in the case of Live Casino — by real-time dealer action at physical tables.

5.4 Fish Games

Fish Games are arcade-style shooting games with PKR multipliers applied to your stake per bullet fired. Winnings are calculated based on the multiplier assigned to each fish or boss target. Room entry requirements, stake ranges and boss event details are displayed within each Fish Game title. JeetBaaz is not responsible for player strategy decisions during Fish Game sessions.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply across all game types and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market before a wager is placed. JeetBaaz may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

JeetBaaz offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses can only be claimed by the eligible player on the relevant account — they cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• JeetBaaz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms or cancel an active bonus where abuse or breach of these Terms is detected.
• Bonus funds and real PKR funds are tracked separately in your JeetBaaz balance. Real PKR funds are always used first in wagering unless a specific bonus promotion specifies otherwise.

7. Responsible Gaming

JeetBaaz is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is entertainment — not a source of income, a financial strategy or a way to recover money that has already been lost. JeetBaaz takes this seriously and makes the following tools available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or extended break from the platform. During self-exclusion, login and deposits are restricted.

JeetBaaz strictly enforces the minimum age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any stage of account use, including during withdrawal processing. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JeetBaaz and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated personal information during registration or verification.
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets, Casino games or Fish Games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorised payment methods or stolen financial accounts.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or platform malfunctions to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings generated through a known platform error will be voided regardless of whether they have already been credited to your balance.
• Using the JeetBaaz platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to transfer funds between JeetBaaz accounts, or offering to buy or sell a JeetBaaz account balance to another person.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing JeetBaaz support staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by JeetBaaz

JeetBaaz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where there is reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being operated fraudulently or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players. In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, any balance held at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your JeetBaaz account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real PKR balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who choose to self-exclude via the Responsible Gaming tool will have their account access restricted for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. JeetBaaz will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion, but players are asked not to attempt to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account.

10. Limitation of Liability

JeetBaaz provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While JeetBaaz makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages and technical failures outside JeetBaaz's control may result in temporary service disruptions.

JeetBaaz will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, data or account access resulting from circumstances outside JeetBaaz's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to secure their login credentials or from sharing account access with a third party.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the JeetBaaz platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits JeetBaaz's liability in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on JeetBaaz's part.

11. Privacy and Data

JeetBaaz collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform security. The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by the JeetBaaz Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. JeetBaaz will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

JeetBaaz may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a platform notice or by email where a verified email address is held on the account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on jeetbaaz.vin. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the update takes effect.
